Division 4 Fire Hazard mitigation ( Purpose / Mitigation / Enforcement )
Purpose 4-8-51 protect life and property from wildfires
Mitigation 4-8-52 clear 10' from structure, combustible materials on
undeveloped parcels, which
pose fire threat shall be removed.
Dead, diseased and/or beetle infested trees must be removed from the
property immediately upon written notice to the owner.
Enforcement ( Ord. 2003-20/2 for fines $300 )
