Abatement certified letter handling Chapter 124-8

Town Code Chapter 124-4 Enumeration of nuisances, Section Q "Declare a public nuisance"
Complaints may be sent to the Police Department, Building Inspector or other Town Officials.
Have 14 days for abatement
30 days an assessment on and a lien against - cost 5% + 10%
