Conducting open forums twice each month to examine issues;

Publishing a 16 page information booklet distributed in the Summit Daily News and at outlets throughout Summit County;

Maintaining a website, www.summitpinebeetle.org, to communicate with our community;

Setting up exhibits at community events;

Meeting with public officials to inform them about our situation, what is being done and what resources are needed.
